This isn’t just another conference—it’s a citywide celebration of sustainability, innovation, and action. Picture rooftop parties, hands-on workshops, inspiring talks from eco-warriors, and maybe even susty bus tour.

A centralized calendar for distributed planning is a key coordinating component, and this guide will walk you through the steps of creating an event.

How To Host an Event 📣

Event Criteria

To be included on the central calendar, please ensure your event:

• Happens during ATX Climate Week from April 19-26, during Earth Week and Earth Month.
• Is registered on Luma (Click here to add an event — detailed instructions below). This is how we can make sure your event is included in the central list for maximum visibility. If you would rather use another website, like Eventbrite, etc., please email us at [email protected].
• If you need support at all, via helping find a venue space, a speaker for a panel, or volunteers to help with event organizing, etc. Be sure to email us at [email protected].

Need inspiration on what types of events to host? First off, host something you love to do, maybe it's a hike, picnic, arts and craft workshop, or a trash clean-up!
