The following guide walks you through how to add your event to the centralized ATXCW Luma calendar. To be included, your event must meet specific criteria and follow our submission process outlined in this guide.

Criteria for adding events to the ATXCW calendar
To be included on the ATXCW calendar, your event must:
- Fall within the dates of April 19-26
- Bring people together in ATX (or online)
- Register your event on Luma (Click here to add an event — detailed instructions below). This is how we can make sure your event is included in the central list for maximum visibility.
- Add ATXCW as a co-host of your event registration page on Luma (see below)
- Include the required registrant questions (see below) for your attendees to answer when registering for your event
